Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to diagnose, install, and service brakes, alignments, and suspension systems. The role involves testing components, using hand tools, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service across service visits and road calls.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds and bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires and wheels; rebalance and calibrate TPMS.
• Use equipment and hand tools.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
