Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brakes, align suspension, and handle tire work. You will test drive vehicles, install and service components, and assist customers with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

On-the-job training is provided. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment parts.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Dismount/mount tires and rebalance wheels.
• Calibrate and replace TPMS components.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to qualified staff as needed.
