Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake systems, alignments, suspensions, and related components. You will install, test, and rebalance tires, assist team members, and perform test drives as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient work in a fast-paced environment, with the company offering comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
Testing and installing batteries.
Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components.
Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
Assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles.
Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
Providing excellent customer service; referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
