Job summary

Wipro seeks a BPS Practitioner to drive client expansion across Consumer sector accounts in the USA. You will shape demand, build pipeline, and win complex BPS deals by partnering with GAEs/AEs, Consulting, and other service lines.

You will lead pursuit governance, craft value propositions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver winning propositions. Travel domestically and internationally as needed, with a focus on long‑term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Business Process Services / Outsourcing, including end‑to‑end pursuit and opportunity management, execution, and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in expanding business and winning large deals within Consumer sector clients (Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Agri, Supply Chain).
• Proven experience leading or influencing senior sales leaders and complex pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Expand BPS services within existing Consumer sector accounts, driving pipeline growth, order booking, and revenue attainment.
• Develop and execute client expansion and business development strategies for large, complex BPS deals.
• Partner with GAEs/AEs as primary entry point to buyers for multi-level client engagement.
• Collaborate with Consulting, DAAI, Practices, and other service lines to co‑create value propositions.
• Lead development of domain‑aligned marketing collateral and thought leadership.
