Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a BPR Analyst to work in Arlington, VA and remotely. You will partner with CIO’s office to design a unified work tracking and reporting framework across divisions, and translate it into a Jira implementation that teams will actually use.

The ideal candidate blends strategy with hands-on Jira configuration, turning a governance model into boards, workflows, fields, and dashboards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and consistent reporting up to CIO

Qualifications

Experience in business process reengineering within large organizations or government settings.
Designing or standardizing work tracking, intake, or reporting across multiple levels.
Strong facilitation with executive stakeholders and team leads.
Ability to translate strategic intent into actionable technical requirements.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Design and stand up a unified work tracking and reporting framework.
Translate the framework into Jira boards, workflows, fields, and dashboards.
Collaborate with the CIO’s Office and leadership to ensure adoption and governance.
Lead change management to drive buy-in across divisions and directorates.
