Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Austin, TX, is seeking a BI Project Manager to lead a portfolio of BI and data analytics initiatives within an agile PMO. The role combines project management (70%) and business analysis (30%), driving requirements and solutions with stakeholders.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with data architects and BI engineers, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, including UAT and operational reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with Agile/Scrum
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience gathering requirements
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication to engage with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple BI/data projects in an Agile environment with onshore/offshore resources
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
• Drive timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with data architects/BI engineers on data flows and reporting needs
• Coordinate UAT with QA and business users
