Citrin Cooperman seeks a Business Process Outsourcing Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations for clients, including the general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting.

The role supervises onshore and offshore staff, drives process improvements, supports monthly/annual closes, budgets, forecasts, and advises on technical accounting decisions. CPA preferred; ERP experience welcomed.

Formación

• Experience as Controller/Assistant Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial close processes.
• Familiar with multiple mid-market ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics, NetSuite, Intacct).

Responsabilidades

• Run daily financial operations including GL, payables, receivables, payroll and reporting.
• Monitor and improve internal procedures, controls, and workflows.
• Lead onshore/offshore staff and coordinate monthly/annual closes.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial analyses for clients.
• Advise on technical accounting decisions and system conversions.
