Citrin Cooperman seeks a Business Process Outsourcing Manager in its Advisory Department to lead day‑to‑day financial operations for clients, including GL, payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting. You will oversee onshore/offshore staff, ensure strong controls, and support monthly/annual closings and budgets.

The role requires experience as a Controller/Assistant Controller, deep GAAP knowledge, and ERP systems proficiency.

Competenze

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop trusted relationships
• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar role
• Experience across multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing, construction, healthcare
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes
• Experience with multiple ERP systems (QBO, Xero, Dynamics, NetSuite, Intacct)
• Excellent Excel skills and detail orientation
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred; CPA a plus
• ERP implementation experience is a plus
• Professional certification (CPA) is a plus

Mansioni

• Run day-to-day financial operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and close processes
• Monitor internal procedures, processes, and controls
• Manage onshore and offshore staff performing transactional activities and reporting
• Assist in preparation of financial statements in accordance with guidelines
• Communicate with vendors, customers, partners, banks, and stakeholders
• Coordinate monthly and annual closings; manage journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist in budgets and forecasts
• Review accounting data to resolve inaccuracies
• Convert customers to new accounting systems and perform data cleanup
• Advise on technical accounting decisions
• Develop models and analyses for client requests
• Identify and implement internal process improvements
