Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Business Process Outsourcing Manager to join our Advisory Department in Los Angeles. You will lead day-to-day financial operations for clients, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting, while managing onshore and offshore staff.

The role demands strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent communication as you work with vendors, partners, and clients to improve internal processes and ensure timely closes.

Competenze

• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar role.
• Experience across multiple industries (professional services, manufacturing, construction, healthcare) is valued.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes (budgeting, close, reporting).
• ERP implementation experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Run day-to-day financial operations for clients: GL, payables, receivables, payroll, collections, and financial reporting.
• Monitor usage of internal procedures, processes, and controls.
• Manage onshore and offshore staff performing transactional and accounting activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with guidelines.
• Manage journals, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closes.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts for clients.
• Review accounting data to identify inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Assist with ERP migrations and data cleanup for clients.
• Develop models/analysis for client requests; drive process improvements.
