Job summary

Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Business Process Outsourcing Director for our Advisory Department in Los Angeles. Qualifications

• Proven experience in not-for-profit preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Experience as Controller/Assistant Controller or similar.
• Industry exposure across professional services, manufacturing, construction, or healthcare valued.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes: budgeting, closing, reporting.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• Analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with multiple accounting systems (QB, Xero, Dynamics, NetSuite, Intacct).
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations for clients including GL, payables, receivables, payroll, and reporting.
• Monitor team usage of internal procedures, processes, and controls.
• Manage onshore and offshore staff handling transactional and accounting activities, reporting to clients.
