Job summary

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and collaboration with Box Office and donor services, with evening and weekend shifts as needed. On-site at Jacobs Music Center and The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patrons and clients of the San Diego Symphony.
• Provide excellent service for phone, email, and in-person interactions regarding ticketing information and sales.
• Assist with single ticket purchases, subscription purchases, exchanges, and donations.
