Legends Global is seeking a Ticket Seller at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. You will manage ticket window operations, dispense tickets, handle payments, and provide friendly, accurate customer service during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Box office or guest services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes ticket window as required.
• Dispenses tickets and handles payments; makes change accurately.
• Maintains accurate ticket counts and daily sales reports.
• Prepares daily balance sheet of cash and tickets sold; submits for audit.
• Fills seat reservations by phone or mail; handles Will-Call window.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers box office questions.
• Communicates prices, seating and event information clearly.
• Files records and performs clerical tasks as needed.
