Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Box Office Manager to supervise daily and nightly operations, including Will Call, Guest List, and ticketing. You will train staff, manage staffing levels, and uphold outstanding customer service across all guest interactions.

The role requires leadership, cash handling experience, and a flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced live entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management.
• Flexible Schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in Cash Handling.
• Leadership, Management and Customer Service.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Organize/Manage daily & nightly Box Office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning, etc.).
• Supervision of the Department.
• Assist and support box office staff in any of their job functions.
• Ensure a positive and creative team environment within the department.
• Facilitate open communication with the Box Office Manager, staff, and all other venue departments.
• Exhibit proper inter-departmental communication and organization.
• Ensure complete and satisfactory ongoing staff training.
• Recruit and hire staff, ensure hiring/disciplinary/termination standards follow guidelines.
• Promote and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions.
• Participate in all on-site venue meetings as needed.
