Qualifications

• Minimum two years Box Office / Ticketing supervisory or management experience.
• Ticketmaster experience required.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Proficient typing skills required.
• Leadership and staff management abilities; conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Host, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Box Office operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide a positive team environment and effective staff communication.
• Assist in staffing, recruitment, and adherence to Live Nation guidelines.
• Reconcile ticket sales and distribute daily counts.
• Balance cash drawers and support show scheduling.
• Manage show inventory and ticket builds in Ticketmaster Client Center.
• Maintain ticketing systems, hardware, and software; deliver strong customer service.
