Job summary

Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Manager, Box Office to lead daily ticketing operations, coach a diverse team, and drive guest experiences during all events. This on-site role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and collaboration with promoters and venue staff.

You will manage ticketing systems, reconcile cash, and ensure ADA compliance while coordinating with Marketing and Event teams to maximize accessibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of Box Office leadership experience in live entertainment venues.
• Experience using Ticketmaster Host and Archtics required.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing operations, reconciliation, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Box Office management and staff, ensuring guest service excellence.
• Oversee ticketing operations, inventory, on-sale execution, and settlements.
• Coordinate with promoters, talent buyers, and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.
