Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston, SC, seeks a Box Office Coordinator to manage group sales and luxury travel planner sales from initial outreach to final confirmation. You’ll coordinate Apprentices, Ticket Agents, and Drivers, covering shifts as needed to keep the box office moving and every venue prepared.

This is a seasonal, full-time, non-benefit-eligible role with a strong focus on hospitality, client service, and flawless records.

Qualifications

• Experience in box office, ticketing, hospitality, or luxury travel.
• Fluency with Tessitura, including holds, orders, payments, and fulfillment.
• Strong communication and client-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Set the tone for exceptional hospitality for staff and volunteers.
• Run group sales and luxury travel planner sales cycle in Tessitura.
• Treat each planner as a client; respond promptly and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate schedules for Apprentices, Ticket Agents, and Drivers; cover shifts.
• Train staff on Tessitura and box office procedures.
• Prepare will calls, equipment, and supplies for performances.
• Support daily box office operations by phone, email, and in person.
• Manage merchandise fulfillment and inventory.
• Coordinate Festival pop-ups and recruit event volunteers.
