Job summary

Spoleto Festival USA seeks a Company Manager to lead housing and travel logistics for artists, production crews, and seasonal staff in Charleston, SC. The role requires on-site work during the Festival period (April–June) with hybrid flexibility otherwise, and supervision of Festival Drivers and Apprentices.

You'll coordinate housing contracts, hotel arrangements, and travel plans, while building partnerships with local vendors and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; background check and valid driver's license required.
• Experience in housing, travel logistics, or staff supervision for arts festivals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all housing for artists, crew, and staff, including housing contracts.
• Manage housing setup, closeout, and check-in/out procedures.
• Document travel plans and support airport transfers, vehicle rentals, and parking.
• Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff such as Festival Drivers and Apprentices.
• Plan travel for audition tours and off-season events.
• Maintain relationships with housing partners and assist with sponsorships.
• Review policies to improve operations and contribute to season planning.
• Collaborate across teams and interface with artists, leadership, vendors.
