Spoleto Festival USA is seeking Box Office Ticket Agents in Charleston, SC for the 2027 Festival. These seasonal, part-time positions handle calls, emails, and in-person assistance to help patrons find performances and seats, resolve ticketing questions, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 20–32 hours per week from early January to mid-June 2027. New agents earn $16/hour and returning Lead Agents earn $17/hour, with complimentary admission for you and a

• Customer service experience in high-volume retail, service, or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Hospitable, friendly demeanor with a helpful phone voice.
• Experience with Tessitura or other ticketing software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Bring warmth and energy to every call, email, and in-person conversation, turning ticketing problems into great experiences.
• Be the friendly voice that makes a great first and last impression.
• Help patrons choose performances and seats, including accessible and group seating.
• Process reservations, exchanges, and refunds accurately in Tessitura.
• Run phone and email campaigns to promote performances and merchandise.
• Support box office with merchandise fulfillment and brochure requests.
• Work onsite box offices and at venues and events as scheduled.
• Lead Ticket Agent duties for returning agents, mentoring and training teammates.
