Responsibilities

• Greets guests and handles ticket sales in person or by phone.
• Provides information about tickets and facility to guests.
• Manages will-call and resolves ticketing issues.
• Reprints orders as needed and maintains professional interactions.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and supports event team members.
