Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Box Office Attendant for Virginia State Multi-Purpose Center and Rogers Stadium at Virginia State University. The role handles ticket sales and customer service for all events with an hourly wage of $13.00–$14.00. Part-Time benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

Position open until October 23, 2026. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and perform duties in a loud venue environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience handling cash or tickets in a sales setting.
• Strong communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Ticketmaster system and process transactions accurately.
• Familiarize yourself with events, seating, and pricing.
• Assist patrons and answer information requests with courtesy.
• Record and maintain ticket sales data and ensure confidentiality.
