Workstream is seeking an enthusiastic Bowling Alley Attendant to join our team. You’ll be the face of our boutique bowling alley, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

From maintaining the lanes to assisting guests with their needs, this role thrives in a fun, energetic environment. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing lane reservations, keeping lanes and equipment in top condition, supporting private events, handling payments, and promoting specials.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mechanical skills or a willingness to troubleshoot lane equipment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with lane reservations, and give usage instructions.
• Ensure lanes, scoring systems, and bowling balls are clean and functioning.
• Maintain a tidy, safe environment in the bowling alley.
• Support private events by setting up lanes and decorations.
• Process payments for lane rentals, food, beverages, and merchandise.
• Upsell specials, events, and merchandise to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
