Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. seeks a Bowling Supervisor to manage the bowling/karaoke department in our Seattle center. You will oversee sales, profits, staffing, image, and operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee morale.

A key responsibility is to supervise department staff and drive promotional activities to boost store traffic. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and operational skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bowling, entertainment or hospitality.
• Customer service experience in a similar environment with a can-do attitude.
• Strong operational skills and time management.
• Experience in management preferred in bowling or game centers.
• Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit projections for bowling/karaoke department.
• Supervise department supervisors and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Provide training on operations and customer service for BO/KA staff.
• Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and improvements.
• Oversee promotional activities to increase store traffic.
