Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Lead F&B team by training and appraising staff; assign duties on shift.
• Monitor food preparation, portions, garnishing, and presentation; ensure alcohol safety compliance.
• Manage day-to-day F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and generate reports.
