Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a dynamic team member to support the Bowling Department and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy arcade/bowling environment.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting with events, maintaining lanes and equipment, and helping guests with bowling tips and reservations. Weekend/night availability preferred to accommodate busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or retail.
• Open availability for weekends and night shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes.
• Promotes and conducts marketing events under Bowling Management.
• Resets and cleans the facility after customers finish using them.
• Conducts lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes and related equipment.
• Opens and closes procedures, including cash tills and memberships.
