Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking an energetic team member to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced bowling/arcade environment. You will operate the POS, help prepare food and beverages, and keep the dining and gaming areas clean and organized.

The role supports food and beverage operations, with emphasis on guest satisfaction, accuracy in order processing, and safe handling of items in a lively entertainment venue. Night/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience required.
• Bowling establishment experience preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS for food and drinks and assist with bar tasks.
• Prepare food and beverages per company standards.
• Maintain seating area and bus tables as needed.
• Handle cash tills during opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory and keep proper food/ice/utensil levels.
