Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow instructions per customer requests, while maintaining safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories and perform bow tuning/repair.
• String bows and communicate repair process and maintenance recommendations.
• Keep personal workspace and surrounding areas neat and safe.
• Attend training meetings and be knowledgeable about location, price, and merchandise use.
• Stock shelves and assist with customer trade-ins.
