Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Bow Technician in Saint Cloud to provide expert fitting, repair, and maintenance of bows and archery equipment, delivering a personalized WOW customer experience.

You will combine technical skills with strong customer focus, representing Scheels as friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous to customers and fellow associates. The role requires safety-minded service and teamwork within the Scheels environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3 months related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow customer requests while maintaining safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories, tune bows, and repair bows.
• String bows and communicate repair steps and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and assist with product knowledge training.
• Answer questions about location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and assist with vendor parts orders.
