Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist archery customers, set up bows, tune, and perform repairs. You will keep a tidy workspace, participate in product knowledge training, and help customers with questions about location, price, and product use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions per customer requests while maintaining safety requirements.
• Setting up bows with accessories.
• Tuning bows.
• Repair of bows.
• Stringing bows.
• Communicate repair process and maintenance suggestions.
• Maintain an orderly and immaculate workspace, archery bench, back stock space, and surrounding areas.
• Attend sales and product knowledge training meetings when required.
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
• Contact vendors to order and follow up on repair part orders.
• Assist with customer trade-ins.
