Scheels in Appleton, WI is hiring for an associate who delivers a personalized customer experience and supports bow sales, repair, and maintenance. You’ll work on setting up and tuning bows, communicating repair steps, and assisting with product knowledge and trade-ins.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED or a few months of related experience, with physical ability to lift and lift up to 100 pounds as needed. An ESOP and other benefits are included when applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3 months of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow customer requests while maintaining safety requirements.
• Set up bows with accessories, tune, repair, and string bows.
• Explain repair processes and maintenance to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and assist with product knowledge.
• Stock shelves and assist with customer trade-ins.
