Qualifications

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift and perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer instructions while adhering to safety requirements.
• Service bows: set up, tune, repair, string bows.
• Explain repair process and maintenance suggestions.
• Keep workspace, archery bench and stock areas clean and organized.
• Attend product knowledge trainings when required.
• Answer questions about location, price and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and counters with merchandise.
• Contact vendors to order parts and follow up on repair orders.
• Assist with customer trade-ins.
