Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer instructions with safety in mind.
• Set up bows with accessories.
• Tune bows.
• Repair bows.
• String bows.
• Communicate repair process and maintenance suggestions.
• Maintain orderly workspace and back stock area.
• Attend training meetings when required.
• Answer questions about location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and assist with trade-ins.
• Contact vendors for parts and follow up on orders.
