Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality preferred.
• Schedule flexibility between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Support the RN in patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage phones and maintain clinic supplies inventory.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure patient satisfaction.
