Hydration Room in Goleta is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver polished, high-touch service to patients in a boutique setting. You’ll check in patients, verify paperwork, schedule appointments, assist the RN, and process payments while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a high-volume customer service environment, plus experience in premium hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment.
• 1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and polished, professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, verify paperwork, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Assist the RN and maintain clinic readiness.
• Handle phones and document calls.
• Manage supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Promote service packages and memberships.
• Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure positive patient experiences.
