Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising at South Coast Plaza to lead VM standards during boutique hours and events. You will work with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain guidelines, including window displays and fixture setups, ensuring an elevated luxury client experience.

The role requires collaboration with boutique teams, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays. A luxury brand background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art / Fashion related course of study.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in interactions with clients, employees & management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of visual merchandising standards within boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise with Visual Lead the implementation and maintenance of VM guidelines including window installs and fixtures setup.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements in conjunction with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
• Take and update VM photos after changes; maintain Dropbox updates per guidelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and own project delivery.
