Job summary

Chanel, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Boutique Transformation Excellence to lead governance for boutique network transformation, optimize communications, and drive cross-functional programs.

You will partner with Retail Leadership, Tech, and Corporate teams to publish the Activity Calendar and manage policy governance for US Fashion Retail. You will oversee strategic BX projects, build streamlined editorial processes, and ensure alignment between corporate and boutique functions to elevate Retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail communications or store operations, luxury brand preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience with digital communication tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize the Fashion Retail Activity Calendar governance and publishing cadence.
• Establish a single source of truth for Fashion Retail communications and manage the weekly digest and centralized hub.
• Support transformation projects across Boutique Excellence and related teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and process clarity.
• Oversee governance for US Fashion Retail policies and procedures and maintain the SharePoint policy site.
