Qualifikationen

• 2+ yrs in driving sales and leading a team in high-volume retail
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Customer-focused with ability to train product knowledge

• Drive store sales by optimizing productivity and customer relationships
• Coach and develop sales associates for excellent customer experience
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory, and cash processes
• Lead as manager on duty, support ASM/SM to hit goals
• Collaborate with team to implement new initiatives and drive growth
