Qualifications

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients and visitors.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Proficient in CRM tools and point-of-sale transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the boutique fitness experience to every client.
• Greet clients, check-in, and thank them as they leave.
• Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, and refer concerns appropriately.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Process retail sales and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
