Job summary

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or retail background is preferred.

• Strong communication skills for in-person and remote inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a courteous, timely manner.
• Process on-site, phone, and online sales of memberships and classes.
• Greet clients, check-in, and thank them on departure.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area throughout the day.
• Assist instructors with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on policies and pricing options.
• Utilize AXLE CRM to manage client relationships and bookings.
• Support recruiting and retaining clients and refer feedback appropriately.
