JETSET Pilates in Houston is seeking Studio Leads to deliver an exceptional client experience and support instructors. You will answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and maintain a welcoming front desk and lobby.

You will greet clients, recruit and retain members, sell memberships and class packages, and stay up-to-date on policies and pricing. Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are required to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail customer service.
• Comfort with multi-tasking and a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and field questions from clients and staff.
• Respond to emails and process sales and memberships.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist instructors with opening and closing duties.
• Greet and check-in clients and thank them at departure.
• Recruit and retain clients and refer concerns appropriately.
