Job summary

Leap Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NJ boutique. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor.

You will manage daily operations, train staff, and build brand presence in the local community, with a focus on operational excellence and customer engagement. Weekend/evening shifts and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique or premium retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and strategic objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to boost customer engagement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members with ongoing feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
• Represent the brand in the local community and support market initiatives.
