Leap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our boutique powered by the Leap Platform. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on developing the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales in a premium retail environment.

You will lead when the Store Manager is away, manage daily operations, training, scheduling, and partnerships with nearby Leap stores. The position requires hands‑on leadership, a strong business sense, and a passion for building brand

Formación

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique, premium, specialty, or customer‑focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and execute strategies that improve results.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others through hands‑on floor leadership.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store performance, collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales goals and key objectives.
• Coach the team to provide thoughtful service, product expertise, and meaningful customer interactions.
• Support customer outreach and local initiatives that encourage repeat business and long‑term relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and hands‑on leadership.
• Represent the brand within the local community through partnerships, events, and in‑store activations.
• Oversee daily store execution: merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and maintain a customer‑ready environment.
