Leap seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. You will lead daily store success, partner with the Store Manager, and elevate the in‑store experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

In this role you will develop a high‑performing team, mentor staff, and represent Leap in the local community across store activations and collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique or premium environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
• Oversees daily store standards including organization and presentation.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and key business objectives with the Store Manager.
• Foster a welcoming, personalized shopping experience and drive loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members on the floor.
• Represent the brand locally and collaborate with other Leap stores.
• Oversee daily operations: merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence to maintain performance.
