Athletifreak seeks a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our boutique, powered by Leap Platform. You will lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals.

As the Store Manager's right hand, you will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, manage visual merchandising and inventory, and partner with local initiatives to grow brand presence in the NJ market. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience in boutique environments.
• Ability to drive sales, develop teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and key KPIs.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff for ongoing success.
• Represent the brand in local community and store initiatives.
• Oversee daily store execution including merchandising and inventory.
