Leap powers insight-driven retail experiences and operates 100+ stores nationwide. The Store Manager role at the Georgetown Boutique focuses on leading daily local performance, elevating the customer experience, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver strong commercial results.

You will build brand presence in the local market, collaborate on store openings and activations, and ensure flawless operations while upholding Leap's standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience in boutique, premium, or lifestyle retail environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop high-performing teams.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own daily boutique performance: sales, profitability, and KPIs.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to maximize performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate local partnerships and brand awareness.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, inventory, and operations.
