Leap is opening a Nolita boutique in October 2026 and seeks a Store Manager to lead its team with hands-on, guest-focused leadership. You will drive daily store performance, elevate the customer experience, and collaborate across Leap-powered stores to deliver exceptional results.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring brand standards, visual execution, and operational excellence while embracing an entrepreneurial, fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands‑on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Leverage sales insights and lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire exceptional selling behaviors.
• Champion an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to grow the business within the local market.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Inspire the team to exceed customer expectations through authentic engagement, product expertise, and thoughtful service.
