Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Supervisor to join our Valencia Town Market location opening September 2026. You will be on the sales floor, driving performance, coaching the team, and delivering memorable customer experiences in a dynamic boutique environment.

As Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is away, you will ensure brand standards, execution of daily operations, and achievement of sales targets while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and relationship building.
• Experience with retail tech (Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, Google Workspace) preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and personalized service.
• Coach associates and onboard new team members.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty.
• Support events, openings, and market initiatives.
