Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Business-related bachelor's degree; strong leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and implement strategies to increase sales and VIP business.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and prepare business reports; identify local market opportunities.
• Partner with boutique, regional, and corporate teams on initiatives and projects.
• Coach, develop, recruit, and manage boutique staff including performance processes.
• Support client matters, events, networking, and daily boutique opening/closing.
