Job summary

Leap is opening a boutique on the Upper East Side in September 2026 and is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming, service-driven store atmosphere.

In this role you will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, assist with inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement, strong selling behaviors, and building purchase confidence.

• Assist with opening/closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment.
