Leap Inc in Brooklyn is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to help launch and represent our boutique opening in November 2026. You will create meaningful customer connections, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming, service-driven store environment.

As part of the Leap platform, you may support other brands and store openings. The position offers hourly pay of $19–$21 with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals through proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain a customer-ready environment with visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, and daily operational priorities.
• Open/close procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
