Job summary

Leap, Inc. is seeking Sales Associates for our boutique in the West Village to deliver elevated, personalized in-store experiences and build meaningful brand connections.

You will engage clients, tell product stories, support daily sales initiatives, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with leadership. The role may include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities; Shopify/Endear/Slack are helpful tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing environments.
• Strong selling skills and ability to drive conversion.
• Customer-first hospitality mindset.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented in dynamic environments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance tasks and priorities.
